  There are very friendly staffs, however, there were too many 'incidents' happened to me in the last one and half year:
  1) expired stuff - i bought a sunscreen but noticed it was expired after returning home. I went back to the store and got my refund. I then decided to buy another one, but happened to see my returned item had been put on the shelf again! I checked and found all same products were from the same batch and all expired but still for sale.
  2) 'forgotten bag' - i bought quite a lot of stuffs and after paying them, the cashier gave me one full bag. I walked all the way back home then found a lot of stuffs listed in the receipt were missing. I then went back to the store and they gave me another bag with all missing items.
  3) 'missing item' - it happened recently. i bought 6 items, all very tiny and loose. After returning home, i only found 5 of them. I went back to the store and the manager found the item in their 'paid but not packed' shelf.
  At least all incidents were solved peacefully with good ending.
